Lets try a vamp story for a change...
This story was originally on the old L.O.B, but got lost, so lets use this story for just an example...

IC:
Here I am, standing in a gentle breeze, and is dark, with only a half-crescent moon above us. As I stand before three Humans, I can sense the harm they want to conflict on me for they fear me because I am not one of them, instead a man-beast, as they call me. The chains in one's hands rattle while the weapons in the others ready them-selves. It remind me of a time when some Humans discovered us, and in fear of us, they burnt down our village, killing my mate and cubs, leaving me to be the last of my family. I sault revenge, but it did not get my life back for it didn't solve anything at all. I still don't understand, for Humans still fear us and why we can't live side by side as the gods would have it...

Tension builds up as the gleaming sweat drips down their foreheads while the wooden pole torches' flames that light up the pathways throughout the village dances to the night. The villagers scatter to their homes and hide inside. The one with the chains lets out a big gulp. "Y-you.. man-beat! Leave-or I'll feed your head to the dogs!" "I don't come to bring you any harm." I said in a soft soothing voice to try to calm them. They back away in shock surprised that I spoke and the one gets ready to lunge forward. I block his attack, but too quick and scratch his arm, which causes him to drop his weapon. The other two also lunge forward and the one I scratched backs away. I didn't attend to harm any of them, but their forcing me so. One comes forward and I kick him down, but the other quickly gets behind me and raps a huge chain around my neck, leaving me gasping for air. One gets up while the other holds me in a helpless position. He charges me with his weapon in the air, but I kick him hard with my two legs, which also knocks the one behind me down too. As soon as he lets go of the chains, I grab them and pull them off my neck. I get up quickly as so they and the three back off, but soon as the chains drop, one rushes towards me. I grab him quickly and flip him over my shoulder, dropping him hard on the ground. The other two run off while the one on the ground pleads for me not to kill him. Speaking would only scare him, so I continued to walk away down the main path...

As I was walking away down the smooth pathway, the Human gets up and disappears. Suddenly, I noticed a shadowy figure staggering towards me and the dogs near by whimpering. "Help... Please..." the Human said in a dry voice. At first he gets startled by my appearance, but then it doesn't seem to matter. He is bleeding heavy from his head down. He grabs me, but not in a sense to harm me. "Save.. My wife and children.. The others.. are coming..." he said running out of breath while pointing to a house. I have no clue of what he asks, but suddenly he falls on his knees in front of me. "P-lease..." in a small weak voice. I bend down to help him, but it's too late, he slumps to the ground and passes. As I notice, there seems to be something different with him, his front teeth are over-grown then most Humans, strange. I look at the house and get up to head towards it. I began to open the door, but it appears to be already opened. I creaks open a little more and I push it in further. I appear inside and all is dark, but I see a female human and two cubs beside her in the corner of the small one-room house, huddling together on the floor. The mother lifts her head, but there appears to be something wrong with her, there's blood running from her eyes and mouth. The two cubs move away from her, sensing something wrong somehow, but also appear to be frighten of me. *CRASH* A loud noise from outside. I quickly turn around to look out the door and Humans are running from their houses and more Humans come in from outside the town. I sense something deadly wrong as the Humans jump and grab the others to the ground and use their mouth to bite them. A woman screams for help while fire appears all over the place. A huge commotion forms. I have never seen Humans behave in this manor. All this is strange to me. I look back to the mother and see that she passed. The cubs don't know it yet, but I have to find a way to get them out of here. I approach slowly towards the two cubs and they let me pick them up, but still frightened. I get up, head out of the door, and towards the path that I came in the village from to a forest where we can be safe. Before I leave the town, I look back and see the town in ruins with dead laying everywhere and the whole village engulfed in flames. Daylight starts to appear and the strange Humans quickly scatter from the village...

It seems Talon took the two children as his own, but how will they react towards him...

IC:
The birds sing and the squirrels scatter up the trees, while the light wind moves the grass and shrooms. Daylight is formed and shining through the holes in the tall tress. The two cubs are still frightened of me. They sit still on a fallen tree and watch my every move. After a while, the oldest cub moves around a little more. I lean towards the ground, almost on my knees and the oldest cub decides to move very slowly towards me. He then reaches his small hand out slowly, very shaky, and touches my snout. I smile at him, but try not to show my teeth for they maybe scare him. He smiles back and places his other hand on my forehead. The youngest cub then comes over slowly and reaches for my hand. A feeling I haven't felt in a long time, a feeling that my cubs gave me before they passed. Hours pass and the two cubs start to play and interact, but don't seem to have the ability to speak yet. The youngest cub, gets a small yellow flower and hands it to me. She smiles while I take it. I show my affection back by smiling, but still trying not to show my teeth. *Hard thud* *Cries* The oldest cub falls and hits his knee on a rock and cries. I head to him to comfort him...

Green... all that appears is green, but a gray figure... a figure of what I hate the most. What I despise. A man-beast. Standing there like it owns the area. It's stupid mind can't even sense I'm behind it. I load a double spear cannon. *Click* the spears go in place. I aim right towards the foolish man-beast. *Whistles loudly* The man-beast instantly turns around and looks straight at me. *BAM!* *GROOOOWL* *Soft thud* Yes... foolish... I come out and walk towards the man-beast and apparently he's still alive. *SHWING* I pull out a nice katana from the belt. AH! Yes... I underestimated you... the man-beast tries to gets up but I grab him by the neck and stab the katana into his chest. I stare into his eyes... No... you underestimated me... *Slump*...

*faint cries from the woods* Hmmm... It sounds like children... The sound of little terrorists... interesting... I follow the cries deeper into the woods...

OOC:
Obviously Garrett meets Talon, which should be quite interesting, but of course it should be interesting for Garrett to see two children taking to Talon and the fact that Talon can speak... :P

*CRUNCH CRUNCH* The sound of footsteps of some kind. I quickly turn towards to sound and sense something wrong. The oldest cub grabs my leg while the youngest grabs my hand as the footsteps get closer. Suddenly through the brushes a Human appears. He sees me right away and pulls out some sort of pole-like weapon. "MAN-BEAST! MOVE AND DIE!" As he threatens me pointing the strange metal object at me. "You hurt the little ones, you will wish you didn't" As I said calmly. "AHH! $HIT! IT TALKS!" He backs up quickly but ends up falling backwards. The mossy ground softens the fall of the strange metal object. He looks shocked and then looks at the two cubs beside me. "Them! Where did you get them from man-beast!" As he points at us shaky. "I am called a Wolf Folk, but you may call me Talon." I said to him. He gets up quickly and grabs the metal object and points it at me once again. "Yeah, whatever Wolf man. Now, where did you get them from!" he yells at me. "Their family passed and their village burnt down, so I brought them here." I explained to him. "I DON'T CARE! WHY THE HELL YOU HAVE THEM!" He continues shouting at me. "The villagers were all attacked and killed by Humans with over-grown teeth." I explained. "You.. Mean Vampires? WHAT! Your full of $hit! They don't exist, they are MYTHS YOU IDIOT!" he shouts. He steps closer. "I wouldn't do that." I said to him. At this point I sense he wants to harm me, but doesn't seem to pay any attention to the cubs. I lightly push the cubs to get back away from us. "AHHHH!" He screams. Suddenly the metal object flings out a powerful force of some kind but misses and hits the tree behind me. "$HIT!" *WHACK* As I punch him in the chest and send him to the ground. *SHWING* He gets up quickly, pulls out a weapon, and swings for my head, but I block and lift him up in the air and throw him behind me. *Thud* He quickly gets up while I turn around and rams me to the ground. *SHWING* He pulls out a smaller object similar to the previous one. "DIE WOLF MAN!" He tries to stab it in my throat, but I'm holding his arms away from me to prevent so. *Cries* The youngest cub comes over and cries for us to stop. Suddenly, the Human stops using his strength and I quickly launch him backwards using my legs. *Thud* He falls backwards in the same position but in the opposite direction from me. The youngest cub stops crying and grabs for my chest while the Human stays in the same position kind of sitting up, speechless...

"AHEM!" Everything suddenly stops. Fear fills me. We all look and a Human stands before us. His pointy ears seem strange, while his black cape flows to the wind along with his long black hair. "WHO THE HELL ARE YOU!" The Human who fought me asked the him. "I come for the children." He says in a soothing calm voice. "What do you want with them?" I asked. "They are mine." He says. "BULL$HIT!" The Human says to him. We both get up slowly and face the strange Human. "Don't question me fool!" He yells. "SCREW YOU @$$HOLE!" The human says and swings his fist towards him. The strange Human blocks the attack, swings his arm, hits the Human, and sends him flying backwards. *Thud* The Human hits the ground. I have never seen a Human have the ability to punch that hard. He turns to me. "Give me the children man-beast." I sense he wants to harm them and I won't allow it. "No, I am not going to let you harm them." I said to him. "AH!" He moves his hand and suddenly a fallen tree floats up in the air and flys towards me. *WHAM* The tree hits me hard and sends me backwards to the ground. He walks towards the cubs and suddenly the Human gets up and points a similar strange metal pole object at him. "TRY THIS FOR SIZE @$$HOLE!" *THARP* *THARP* *THUNK* *THUNK* As two strong forces hit the strange Human in the chest. Now two metal objects are sticking out of his chest. "Meh!" He says and pulls one of the long objects out of his chest and drops it to the ground. He does the same with the other. "$HIT! It's a Vampire!" The Human says. *SHWING* The Human pulls out a weapon and charges him. Suddenly the strange Human vanishes and the Human goes though him and falls to the ground. *SHREEK* *HISSSSSS* *HISSSSSS* As two strange Human-like with wings drop down from above. One grabs the oldest cub by the shoulders while the other does the same to the youngest cub. "NO!" I yell. *BAM* *BAM* *BAM* As the Human points a smaller pole-like weapon at them but misses. They fly up wards with the two Cubs while I get up and jump up to grab them, but couldn't. *BAM* *BAM* Two more strong forces fly though the air at them and one hits one of them in the leg. *SHREEK* They fly up out of the woods. I quickly run through the woods, panting, after them, hoping I could caught up with them, but instead the path runs out and a cliff is before me. They escaped with the cubs...

"DAMN!" As I brush myself off. "Those @#$%ers WEREN'T SUPPOSE TO BE REAL!" That damn Wolf man is no where in sight. I walk through the endless greenery and see he is just standing there. The Wolf man suddenly turns around, grabs my shirt and holds me up in the air. *SHWING* I pull out a hunting knife. "Come on! You want some of this!" I yell. "You made me lose them!" I scream at him. "My family were killed by your kind and you don't see me blaming every Human that comes along." The Wolf man says back. He thinks he stuck my foot in my own mouth, but in my eyes, he's still the enemy. The Wolf man walks off and sits on a tree stump. He then folds his arms on his knees and lays his head on his arms. "I couldn't save them. I failed, just like I did with my own cubs." With his head down. He thinks he's going to make me feel guilty, well, it's not working... DAMN IT. I walk over to him. "Fine, lets go get those damn Vampires if it makes you happy!" He looks up at me with teary eyes. "How do we find them?" He asks. "I don't know, but I know someone who might." I answer him back. All is quiet, which really bugs me for some reason. "So, how do you know how to talk Wolf man?" I asked to break the silence. "I learned it from my travels." He responded. "Lets go then." I said to get him to stop with that damn teary eye crap. "Okay, um..." "Garret." I interrupted, annoyed. "Okay, TALON, lets go. Just one thing though..." He looks back up at me again. "This person I know is a screwball, so try not to provoke her, alright?" He nods. I head off, but suddenly turn around again. "Another thing. I still don't like you." I said to him. He smiles and shows his teeth at me. "I still don't like you either Garret." He says still smiling at me. "Whatever man.." I turn around and head onwards with him following behind me. No matter what I think, we both have something in common and it bugs the living hell out of me...

OOC:
This story won't be worked on anymore from here. The story took place in early times of the End World where there were small villages, but Krin was always known to be poor and ruled by a corrupted empire. The story took you into the corrupted side of the world that most don't see of the End World. Wait to Garrett meets the girlfriend, she wants to kill him and is also part of a colt that requires her to drink animals' blood. It's a story all right. It seems Talon is the only normal one while the others have some deep issues... The quest of getting the children back won't be so simple...
